MEDICATION REGIMEN REVIEW
We review each resident upon admission, and present during our visit for Clinical guidelines and Federal/State regulations. It is up to the buildings determine monthly or quarterly visits.
UNIT INSPECTIONS
We will examine all areas containing medications for issues.
